There were several stock design for these, and this one has some sort of groovy flames on it.
These are really high-quality cards, with great graphics, quality holograms, printing and multi-layer plastic meant to enhance security. Their website was
here, but it has been down for maintenance for a long time and I do not believe these cards are made any longer. It's a shame, because it was a quality product.
