ViaBTC could not help me so far. they said tx is not valid. but it shows up in the blockchain how can that be?
can someone please help! its my rent money and i need it. i would pay a reward.

Unfortunately, while your fee is > 10 sats/byte, your transaction has a "dust" output... As you can see here: https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC/tx/a9074078f75ab3808f558f8121090c8f5ad5e5273d5181a8aec0587a2b4a21ff


ViaBTC don't accept transactions with dust outputs... So it isn't in their mempool... hence "invalid transaction"
