1. because then we can be sure it's your account and not hacked/sold/stolen as only you usually have access to the wallet you used to sign to proof the ownership
2. it's not enough to sign it you need to sign it from an old staked address else it's not sure if you are the real owner

4. You asked another loan on 22 May 2017 and Darkstar told you, you need to proof ownership of the account!

You are senior member and you never staked your wallet it's very hard to believe

Well, you just can't. You can sign messages for addresses that you have complete control of your funds aka wallets.
That dont includes exchanger or casino addresses, these are not wallets and for sure you dont "own" them.
Hope that helps but you should know that already...
