I heard of someone that built an fully electric car out of their garage for as little as $10,000 stripping down the interior of a car at the land fill, or a beater.

Project Concept

1) Using Lithium Cell like this battery: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4NAWs_ZIPEY, Engineer a bunch of lithium cells in series, connected. Under the car, behind the hood, etc.
2) Using flexible solar panels (They Exist), cover the top of the car, the sides, and have this charge the battery.
3) A few touches would be nice like a cheap tablet in the front, that displays digital info like speed, battery length, and so on.
4) Once your finished this project, drive this car to my place and drop it off.

Who would be willing to take on such a project?

This will only be good if its in a country with a lot of sunlight otherwise its a waste of time and money and just to say If the creator wanted to sell his finished project how much would he sell it for in your opinion?
