Gettin error compiling LTC - please help me

I get the following error during the compiling process using mingw on win7:

C:\db\build_unix/libdb_cxx.a(os_pid.o):os_pid.c:(.text+0x24): undefined referenc
e to `_imp__pthread_self'

I already re-built berkeley db but this error still exists and google does not help me.

Any advice please how to solve this

looks like you are missing pthread libraries maybe?  where are you getting your build instructions?

Build instructions itself are in the makefile.mingw
