Dear colleagues
We would like to introduce our project taking part in Wave's contest.

We are project team which consists of the employees of the following organizations:
• NPMP CIHT "CONCEPT";
• The Dobrotech Fund for Promoting the Development of High Technologies;
• International Logistics Club;
• Sociological firm "Zircon".

Our project is a network of supply chains of goods, including the "last mile", delivery of small loads of low margin through a decentralized network of participants. Couriers deliver small loads along the way (capillaries).

The small-scaled deliveries are a demanded service, but  with current logistics capabilities, they are unprofitable due to low margins and irregularity. The problem is exacerbated by the incomplete loading of vehicle and the return of an empty vehicle back to the warehouses, the costs of which are included in the price of the transportation service. Aspects of the main problem for the consumers are too big delivery time, loss of parcels, narrow range of goods available in Russia. The problem will be solved by economically decentralized platform, where independent participants — consumers, logistics agents, suppliers and insurance companies — cooperate with each other.

The project is specified for the mass low-margin market of consumer goods not covered by logistics services due to the lack of appropriate logistics chains. Population of small towns and countryside in Russia is more than 70 million people and more than 4 billion in the world.

The idea of our product is to create a system of «capillary» delivery of goods and arrange producer-to-consumer supply chain for each parcel using a wide range of diverse logistic agents: from international companies to local companies and individuals with interlocking via blockchain.

We are developing a platform of capillary delivery of cargo and goods that will provide a wide range of consumers with the minimal cost of all producer-to-consumer supply chain through interaction of diverse logistics agents.
