Name your favorite cryptocurrency

Among the rapidly increasing market traction for Bitcoin and other alternatives, there are many unique cryptocurrencies each with their features and value propositions.

Thus, I would like to know which cryptocurrency (or cryptocurrencies) is/are your favorite(s) and why did you choose it?

As for me, my favorite cryptocurrencies are Bitcoin, Ethereum, Zcash, and Litecoin.

I chose Bitcoin because of its high value on the markets, not to mention that it was the first cryptocurrency to bring the concept of the blockchain. In the case of Ethereum, I like it because it employs a new concept where organizations and corporations can do businesses in a decentralized way powered by smart contracts which I believe that it's revolutionary. And finally, Litecoin is also one of my favorites since transactions settle very quickly, as well as it has adopted SegWit which makes it better than ever to handle more transaction load and enable the possibility for faster transactions with the activation of the Lightning Network.

Nevertheless, I would like to hear your thoughts about your favorite cryptocurrency.

I love zcoin. It is very simple and easy to mine coin. Moreover, zcoin has some same function as zcash but the price is sitll very low. It is very good to buy as many zcoin as I can because I have a strong feeling that it will soon go to the moon

But for now I prefer to hear ethereum. Feels luxurious and authoritative when pronouncing it.

my favorite crypto currency is bitcoin only because with bitcoin, i can make money so far. but in altcoin, i think i don't have any favorite altcoin because i think as long as i can make profit with altcoin then i can make more bitcoin so i only choose bitcoin for my favorite. for me, altcoin is a way to help me to earn more bitcoin so i can increase my amount of bitcoin.

Only eyeing for those cryptocurrency that is fit for long term holding. The following cryptos are the only worth to hold for long term based on my own view and quite analytics:

Bitcoin
Etherium
NEM
Internet of Coins (currently on ICO)
Dcorp Tokens (currently on ICO)

I only seldom sees coins that is good for long term holding but those listed above gave me guts to invest in those. NEM already passed my test as I hold it for years with less than 1,000 satoshis and now sitting at 8,000 satoshis with an ATH of 13,000 satoshis. Now eyeing for IoC's and Dcorp's token and will hold too for years.

Since Im still on early phase of my staying here in cryptoworld, I might not known well those other cryptos who also have a decent price. So for now, Bitcoin is on the first line. I saw other cryptos like Etherium is having a good future too based on my readings but still I don't want just to read but to learn why Etherium will be like bitcoin in the future in terms of being number 1 in coinmarketcap.

Why so harsh on altcoins? I think nowadays it is obvious that there are coins which are better than bitcoin from a technical perspective. Moreover, it is totally natural since they were created later and could take into account the previous mistakes.
I think that there is still not much to do with any cryptocurrency, only few options to use them.
For me bitcoin is the only currency I sort of really use, whereas eth and ltc are just investments.

My favorite crypto currency is bitcoin, ethereum, monero, xaurum, zcash, monero, startis waves ,litecoin, dash ,  komodo this coin have very potential to increase the price in the future. Base on my own research this all coin is promising and for sure those people have that can earna lot of money after holding few years.
