What cms did you use sir ?? Wordpress i know wordpress is easy to make a website but its ok to manual code if you know the coding of html,php etc. Can you make a simple website sir just like for blog.
Op has stated he does not use templates, so clearly understood he will custom built it as he says 'Your site will be a one of a kind.'
Will the sites be in pure HTML or with css as well ? As far as I know pure HTML does not support responsiveness which is most essential as many visitors now a days are from hand held mobile devices.
