I think that the only risk you take is to be not good enough to solve enigmas and waste your time. Like many free games..

The BTC adress of the Treasure is on the website and starts at 20 BTC and it's explained that we want to grow to 50 BTC(advertising, sponsor.. etc). It is the same BTC adress for "paid clues" (if participant wants to raise the treasure). It helps the player to find an enigma.. and It is a good thing for finishing the game.

It is also written in the rules that if nobody finds the GPS code, we will probably organize a new Enigma game /or/ give the treasure to an NGO.
I like your idea to sign the btc adress (we have to look how to do) but does it really make sense to use a false btc adress in a game ? and the same false BTC adress for paid clues ? and why not  to use a BTC adress with 500 BTC or 50.000 BTC ?

If I found a possible answer for one of the riddles, how do I check if it's the correct solution? I mean... I can check only ALL the answers at once at your site? How do I check individual answers?

It might, to appear more legitimate. Some coins moved, so maybe you do have access to the 20 btc, I don't know. The gold standard is to sign the address, nothing else is really considered proof in the community.

If I were you, I wouldn't use blockchain.info as a wallet, you would be better off moving to a cold wallet and then signing the address offline. It's more secure for you that way and proves to the community that you're not a scam site. The hallmarks of a scam are usually the following:

-Anonymous source seeking bitcoins
-Lack of signed address with said bitcoins
-Lack of a provably fair process

I can easily say, "hey guess a number between 1 and 1,000,000" and for 0.009 I'll give you clues and if you guess the right number, I'll give you 50 btc from address xyz.  You can see the ploy there, that's all I'm saying, so I think you would do better to gain trust by providing a provably fair game with funds from a signed address.  

If people trust you now, that's up to them, but just for me, I'm skeptical because I would not play your game without those things in place.

still not pay anyone or give the clues to my friends and have them win it.  You will never know if the winner were associated with the people

who hosted the game. The Con might be that they attract traffic and get income from the advertisements and then solve the riddles by

themselves. I am not saying that they are doing this... but that might be the goal.

True that signing address doesn't guarantee payment, but it's definitely a step forward to the right direction and they NEED to do this to at least prove that they own the wallet

I would like to give my input on this game , I highly doubt it that the winner will actualy receive 50 BC and that's because :
1. You refuse to sign a message with the address  even though most of the members here asked you for this to prove you own the address.

These splitting wouldn't match to the idea. Also you find ONE tresure full of gold, not many single goldpieces around the island

This hidden poem translated will help you to solve 494.01. Maybe try to find who have written it.. it is a clue for the 494.01, not for GPS code.
It as a very good idea to check similar images on the web.. you will find clues.

For the others: Sorry guys, I cannot answer always the same questions, I know it is frustrating. I guess it might be a brilliant strategy to write that you are not really participating... so as to have less competitors  
I think, even our team will do our best for explaining how it works, it is still a free and new game and there will be always one or two suspicious players in the BTC world. It's a fact and it is also a funny part of ENiGMA to discover conceptors behind the game (not very difficult to find If you are a nerd adn if you live in Palo Alto !!)
All the rules (more than 10 pages.) are written on the website and we are still on beta. Our B to B business model is much more to create treasure hunts for companies and smart cities. A very funny way for discovering the city (history, architecture, map..) to foreigners.

Why do you need a proof? Just enjoy this difficult enigmas. I could solve a maximum of two and I already submited those.

I never studied maths or music though. It is cool, the game really desearves all my respect. And in my opinion even 1 btc it would be a big prize.

150.000$ will attract for sure some nerds...Also with such a prize on the table I don't see the point of giving some clues.

50 BTC is LOT of money, you can start own company of that much on btc

Few exciting news about your favorite ENiGMA Treasure !   

- We do not have a Winner !
- More than 200 players registered around the world (China, USA, Italy, France, Germany, Japan...), are trying to resolve the 17 enigmas so as to find the Final Enigma gps code. (We do not count players unregistered)
- We have received more than 950 answers !! And we answered all emails.
- 11 enigmas have been solved in a short time...but it's difficult to say if one player have all 11 answers because we don't know if some players are in team.
- In general, the first enigmas solved are : 494.01, 701.03 and 255.01
- We recommend you to use several free tools : Translation tools online (Google Translate..), Map Tools (Google map for gps..), Searching engine for finding images, Image tools and filters (like free photoshop, snapseed, illustrator..), Music tools (like Shazaam, protools, audacity...), Websites specialized in signs,codes, flags..
- Some players decided to have a helping hand with the Ebook ENiGMA 51 clues. The treasure grows... and it helped them to progress or confirm clues.
