You are newbie so we have to be cautious and you would have to share much more details.

Proof of ownership? Pic of your rigs ...?
Are you going to charge electricity and maint. fee or just higher bid takes?
Any min/max renting period? Any private access to miners?
Guaranteed uptime? What happens if not reached?
Escrow?

BTW. I think you should move this to Service Announcements section.

Mining is so profitable these days there is no need to rip people off to make more money.

You should explain better and makr a better announcement of your service, because you are not giving any details nor proof of ownership neither how will the service work for the user that contracted the service.

Proof of ownership will be when rigs will be ready, by 22nd-23th June - will be photos.
Currently looking for higher bidder, prefer to rent all in one.
Min period could discuss, but prefer 3 month. Access to rigs - sure.
Uptime - 99.9%, if not reached will be refunded in proportion to downtime time.
Escrow - can be discussed.

Yes sadly i wont even bother bidding until we see proof, pics or SOMETHING with Bitcointalk username and date is the norm @OP

There's too many people coming by reselling nicehash and MMR rental to do this exact offer soo... understand if were suspicious haha
And hey if you DO have the hardwear im sure you will get some bites, mining is highly profitable, true makes one wonder why even rent OUT? ;p

I do not condemn the idea at all.
Why not to make few % more (and make a sure profit instead of risking to mine coin which can crash) by renting to people whom can't run such equipment in their homes ( like me )?

For renters this could be profitable as well if they are lucky and choose the correct coin to mine.
If the price would be reasonable I would definitely think about. Not sure about longer timeframe rentals, but some weeks period could be fine.

I think if OP means it serious, he could make an interesting profitable service.
But definitely agree. No proof no deal.

I'll pay you the electric cost of each rig at your local rate and 25% (negotiable) of whatever I make from them, in BTC.  Could pay weekly or monthly, which ever works for you.  All payouts will go to a single BTC address that you can monitor for all payouts.  I'll handle all management of the rigs once Windows 10 and TeamViewer are loaded for remote access.

I have multiple 6x GTX 1070 rigs that I already manage making $30+ a day each and have multiple additional rigs spinning up in the next few weeks.

Let me know what you think.
