Is there any way I can make BTC address with Vanitygen and check its balance at the same time automatically?

Sure.  Blockchain.info has an API you can use to look up each BTC address as you generate it.

You are in a maze of twisty little passages, all alike.

...and you're banned for banging on the API too fast.

Reading OP's comment history is quite hilarious and sad.

He basically lost 20 BTC due to a HDD failure and he intends to bruteforce generate his own address with a vanitygen.

Not your keys, not your coins!
