Wondering why people are spreading FUD in this thread. Are they maybe FGPA miners upset by recent POS defense against them?
DNR is cheap enough at the moment, don't think it can go much lower than it is now.

1. the developer has long left the project.
2. Problems with masternodes. no one is going to fix the rewards.
How can you like this project when the coin does not develop?

Sadly this is true. Tricky as devs went full steam on this for many months and now its at a standstill.

I'm confused. Are you talking about DNR? Carsen is still on board, or am I wrong?

I edited my post to clarify a little. Carsen is still around pretty much daily. And no I didn't make another account to FUD. I don't have a 2nd forum profile.

asked two things and ended up with no answer:

are there any plans to release a wallet that doesn't have so many alerts on virustotal?
is it possible to stake DNR or have a shared node on a online service like https://stakeunited.com/main ?

cheers!

Shared masternode https://mynode.rocks/#/
I see a couple places starting to offer DNR POS pools, but havent tried them out.

Good question on the wallet.

for masternode do you need static IP or you can run wallet in your desktop like staking?

thanks for the heads up!

uually for a masternode you need a static IP (VPS) for the wallet without the collateral

For masternode help jump on discord.  There's a ton of guides and people are more than willing to help set one up.

so my 6 GPU rig gives me 147MH hash, with which i can only have loss if i decide to mine.
why still people are mining this or any ASIC work for this algo?

No one answered my question so i researched by myself and found out people are mining with HUGE hash through FPGA:
Tribus (Denarius, Virtus): 16.8GH/s (2.1GH/s per card x eight) ($304/day at Apr-30 prices)

See here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3459858.0

This is the reason that rates went down.

With the prices so low at the moment, not sure how profitable is fgpa mining today. DNR was good for GPUs, especially last year.
But, for the moment I'm just trading and staking, stopped mining for a couple of weeks already.

We are all well aware of this (see earlier posts), and managed to fight off the attack by unifying our PoS efforts to make it unprofitable for them.

It's just a test for coins and for people investing in crypto. Bad coins will simply disappear while serious project will get out of the storm stronger than before. Weak people will dump at the bottom. Crypto is also about patience, and DNR is a coin that worth investing into.

What's happened behind the scenes?
Why Denarius rose more than 80% today?
Are there breaking developmental achievements recently?

Denarius is a new cryptocurrency based on the original Bitcoin Core by Satoshi Nakamoto. Denarius displays many changes, such as Stealth Addresses, Encrypted Messaging, Tribus, the new PoW hashing algorithm that is ASIC-resistant, and a maximum of 10,000,000 DNR that will be created during the 3-year hybrid PoW / PoS life cycle, which then transitions into full Bet Proof after 3 first year.
