They call it a payment system. So there is going to a wallet, a marketplace and it's own exchange.
So it no necessarily a coin per se.
But it sure looks like one just well disguised as one in sheeps clothing.
It is their second offering. Their first one was minecoin which I am not so sure why they stopped that one and said this is the new one to continue off of that one with the same MNC symbol for it.
So not to sure about it entirely.
Best to ask the dev team behind it once they finish off their ICO sell off of their new creation.
