Poloniex Withdraw Problem

Hey,
Does anyone know how to reach the people at poloniex? I tried withdrawing my measley BTC amount to my coinbase (cleaning shop and getting everyone in one account). It says "Complete: Error" and my BTC is gone.

Ive put in two support tickets over the past 3 weeks and have gotten no response.

No way is this possible, how terrifying is the BTC missing?
Try sending a ticket and wait for confirmation from poloniex.

How you see this GNT never was go out from poloniex masterwallet  and TX Id was never valid
allready 7 month and and support do nothing!I was finish that transaction to this addres from Bittrex and thay finish in 15 min so Poloniex give me back my GNT asap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
