For some reason I believe if they had that hash rates they would mine themselves not sell them. I feel like that 'until it brokes down' is fairly quick
I calculated that if I buy 500mhash/s one for 0.2523 I will make it back in 11 days

That hashrate comes from the haspacks already purchased.
That calculation its true, due the actual conditions and current mining difficulty, this will change through the time. but eventually you will recover your investment. May be in the short, medium or long term depending on the circumstances, difficulty and exchange rates.
