Find someone on Localbitcoins to trade with face to face (depends how small the amount is, some people just won't bother) or use a bitcoin ATM (If you have one available in your country): https://coinatmradar.com/ another solution would be to make a bitcoin debit card, load it, head to an ATM.

Where are you from and how small is the amount of BTC you are trying to sell? Try BitQuick and see if they are accept your bank ( https://bitquick.co/). They offer you 0% fees for selling your Bitcoin and have a low minimum amount for most sellers.

I think this is your best bet. This website is designed to do just that. There are also bitcoin ATM's but fee's are huge.

Go to a local Bitcoin meetup or event and mae friends with like minded people.
When you have a few Bitcoin and Crypto fans as friends there's always someone who'd buy a few BTC.
+ you get to socialize and learn new things.

Yeah Local Bitcoin is a good option. Or find a Bitcoin ATM close to you, but do check the spread and tx fees.
Another way is if there's someone you know in person that may be interested. Promote Bitcoin to friends and family, someone may want to get involved.

What is the easiest and gives highest price out of all these for selling? Checked and found some ATMs have limits of $3000 and 3.5% selling fee. ATM may be the easiest option but at lowest value for bitcoins.

It really depends on how small of an amount your talking about here. You have to also think of whether it is worth meeting up with someone in person or withdrawing from ATM. Fees are quite high.

Is this still possible
Yes this is possible , I know that at the exchange sites there exists a option for the minimum trade amount and also in.the current time with the very low amount trade we will face loss only because for the single transaction we needed 1 to3 $ for the transaction to confirm . So it will be more better to find a local trader in your locality , I will recommend you a trusted trader to make conversation at the exchange site and caught him at social media and make direct deals for small amount .( But still there exists some risk because of trusty or not that person ) . If you are From India then I can help you to make buy Bitcoin at of minimum value 500INR ( simply pm me to get me at WhatsApp )

If you're talking about a very small amount, it would be wise to just keep it to yourself and try to acumulate more. If you try to sell it to other people or simply withdraw, the fees may just eat up whatever's left with that small amount of yours.

Here my country there was a local group or community that buying bitcoin . But there must be a ration either 1:1 or 1:2 it depends on the buyer. In their you can meetup people therefore theres a lower chance that you might be scamed. Or you may trade for someone in the internet but i think it has a high risk of trading. Because you may not now each other you may be scammed.

On the contrary localbitcoin.com does not support small btc transaction at least not the one i know about, paxful might be of help with minimum of $10 to paypal or other directions.
Alternatives you can search google for the local exchange in your country, this are people next door to you with website and phone contact.

In my country you may sell your bitcoin there and you may choose on which courier you want to withdraw. It is easy to do that here. Or if you want you may also buy load with it or pay bills as well, if this wasnt available in you country find a person who will be accept for meetups then send your bitcoin to him nd he will give you a cash as well.

Yes you can do it if you have those bitcoin in exchange wallet, just exchange them to another alts like ETC or LTC which have really low tx fee so that you can move those small funds back and forth between accounts or send them out without significant price loss to sell it to others.

Yes the minimum amount will be based on exchange site policy. They will tell, or they mention on their site which is the min amount of BTC you can sell. In my country, some exchanges will allow us to sell min 0.001 BTC and someone 0.005 BTC. So find any local bitcoin exchange site and check the min amount and sell your coins. I think they will not charge a fee for min amount transaction.

Maybe localbitcoin each country has different rules of course, because in fact i can make transactions worth 0.003 to fiat currency. For small transactions, the user will be responsible and pay for transaction fee.

You can sell your btc on local exchanger, friends or maybe buy something with that and sell it to get money. Why you not try to trade your btc or maybe buy a domain to make web, you can rent space ads. It's more profitable than sell it, really. But that's your choice, hope you'll find person who want to buy your small btc. Good luck.
