Question about 1st rig

Going to build my first rig,
Thinking to get 6xGTX1060 6GB (EVGA or Gigabyte) or 4x1070
What do you think about this cards, which will perform better and what will be your recommendations?

Surely the 4 x 1070 will perform better as these cards have better density and is the new golden standard in the gpu mining section (referring to price/performance/power usage ratio). You can get maximum about 22-24 mhs in Ethereum for 1060 and about 290 sols in zcash and about 175 mhash in LBRY which are the main three currencies that can give you profit for Nvidia mining.

With the 1070 you can go up to 31-32 mhs in Ethereum and about 450 sols in zcash and about 250-270 mhash in LBRY , clearly making it the best choice compared to 1060.

EVGA or GIGABYTE are great as gpu brands, I prefer Palit Jetstream though for mining with GTX 1070.

4 x 1070 are far better because of density and because mining with cheap gpu is not that good now with this high reward i would choose 2 x 1080ti over the 1070, they are even better

2x 1080 ti is equal to cheaper energy compared to 6 x gtx 1060 gb. However 4 x gtx 1070 is also cheaper than 6 x gtx 1060 6gb but the 4 x gtx 1070 make a bit more than 6 gtx 1060 with a bit of overclocking so they make about 27-28 usd daily and cheaper energy cost. As I already said above this card is now the new golden standard for mining in my opinion and every new rig I intend to build will be based on GTX 1070-s.

don't go with nicehash they pay way less, a 1080ti can do $13 or more on skein/x17 or other algo where it hash very high versus a 1070, i think for the brand you can't go wrong with strix or gigabyte
