Not receiving blockchain payment notifications

Hello!

Does anybody here uses blockchain's payment notifications feature?

I used to receive an email each time an address of mine received btc but now this is not happening anymore.

Is anybody having this problem?

Have you changes anything recently? Like Internet Provider, mail client, browser?

I haven't received/send any bitcoin recently so I can't deny/confirm that this feature is broken.

The best solution is to contact the support team, if not find the change in setting that has caused the stopping of the notification. If you have opt for the receiving of notifications for every transaction surely​you'll be notified until you stop the service.

They stopped giving these messages long back and always have had issues. I never used to receive any notification of coins sent from my account due to which my account got hacked and I did not realize it till I checked my wallet. Only when I receive bitcoins, I get a notification but since you aren't able to receive that, just wait for sometime or keep a watch on your wallet. It's an issue from blockchain.info.

i have got same experience with you yesterday i get bitcoin bitcoin payment but not get any email notification and sms notification whereas last week i get it with no problem and today i am also get bitcoin payment but still not get email notification, but i get sms notification i dont know what the problem maybe their email server or etc

I am having no any problem on receiving payment notification from blockchain wallet, use gmail that works smoothly with blockchain web wallet. I have received some bitcoin few days ago and got notification too almost instantly.

Would  they send email notifications before? I have been using blockchain.info for the last six months only and don't remember receiving any anytime. But this feature would have been great if they had it before and should start it once again. At Least it will alert me of unauthorised transactions.

They do send login and sent/received transactions. Their "sent" transactions notifications have stopped long ago and I don't receive any since 2-3 months while "received/incoming" transactions do have email alerts while the OP complains to haven't been receiving them. Their security is the worst among all online web wallets.

I do not receive any login and sent/received transactions notifications either. All I get is an email to authorise my login everytime I try to login. Once I click the authorise link, it opens in a new tab and after it pops 'success' the original tab where I was trying to login functions.

Check on Preferences tab and you can see that there is an option if you want to received notification/s via email address when you received bitcoin. Just don't know if even there is a checked, still no notifications to email will arrive. Remember, only on received and not on sent bitcoins like stated above.

I have my mine unchecked. Don't want to test it right now due to transaction fees.

This is the usual thing happened, I never send 0.1 btc with blockchain and almost 3 hours there's no confirmation, but after more than 3 days later it showed 3 confirmations only, and 5 days showed 6 confirmations.

its not a new thing again if we not get any payment notification Either email or sms will come late or sometimes never come i dont know what the problem maybe their email and sms server too busy or what

Well base on my experience sometimes its not sending notification but mostly you will receive the notification if its enabled . this maybe the server for email but for me i think the transaction notification is important to know fast and checking that your account had receive bitcoin without checking and login just to check  that you receiving bitcoin to your account..
Better to contact the blockchain to report this bug because this can be a bug that is why you are not receiving it .
