Depends on the country, as far as I know there were some issues regarding their EU account but this could have been resolved by now,

it was said on an announcement that if you are trying to withdraw via SEPA it is much slower process than International wire transfers,

FROM THE FAQ:

" As a standard for SEPA customers should expect a 2 weeks delay from the time the withdrawal is initiated until seeing funds arrive in your personal bank account."

Just read that after I complained in 3 emails ... So actually I tried to withdraw on 25/04 , we are 07/05.... so it's normal I guess .... Other people who are complainng didn't you read that ?

yes, but simply what they say is not true, because in my case after 20 days i received nothing.
and there are other people in the same or worse situation.
if you have patience, read the link posted above.

however, a sepa must be executed in 1 WORKING DAY, by law,
it's not a joke where you have to extimate the day of arrival of a bank wire.

yeah really scary  Embarrassed

this is what i did:

i asked cancellation of sepa and a refund on mtgox euro account.
i converted again my euro in btc.
i withdraw all my btc from mtgox, and i deposited them in bitstamp.net
i convert again BTC in usd on bitstamp.net.
so the bitstamp's sepa arrived in two days without problems in my bank account.

imho is better to withdraw only BTC from mtgox, and sell them on another marketplace for now.

i don't know if they will pay you or not, but i think there will be a huge delay until they will change bank account or bank conditions.

but for sure
in this period there are some mistakes that in fact inhibit mtgox to let their customers to withdraw their money via sepa.

They said it's because of the AML pressure on their polish bank and that they have to verify manually each transfer .... THAT SUCKS !!!!
