[IN DEV] Legit BTC Lottery

I want to make a legit BTC lottery, let's say satoshi to begin with... which will be financed by mellowads.

My only question is, is there a BTC Website skeleton ? Like a BTC Wordpress or such as.... Because almost every btc website look the same, sooo.... ?

If you want build a website which not same from other, you need to write the code from scratch, hire or invite an expert into your project. It's need a lot hard work to make your btc lottery/gambling project success, because lottery is not really popular.

Many bitcoin based websites use same code with minor changes. It is best if you write your own or have someone write it for you. There have been many Bitcoin based lottery websites but none of them really were successful. If you still decide to go ahead with this I'd suggest doing some research and seeing why all the previous ones didn't work

This is not easy task.
need lear javascript, php, mysql.
will be better node.js for it.
you can create own site engine.

and need good avertise.

See the point here is that you're going to need a good amount of money for this entire project, as you're going to have to be able to fund so many things even before the site itself goes life. You're not going to be able to finance this entire thing off of MellowAds, because with that you're going to need to have a lot of traffic already so that'd kinda be a waste until you get into an established state.

I wouldn't be jumping into a project like this unless you're fully ready to be able to see what you're getting yourself into as you really don't seem to know in the least. Marketing is going to cost a ton, and even with that cost NOTHING could come out of it and this could just be a big waste of money. Next, you're going to need some money for the bankroll of the site itself cause people aren't just going to trust some random site for their bets thats just how things go.

I also wouldn't say this is "IN DEV" at all, unless you can code. Doesn't seem that way as you're asking for a BTC skeleton on wordpress. Wordpress is not the place for a gambling site in the least.
