I can't reply in the message (I'm spanish guy) so i can talk u in english if u prefer..

The Houses in Spain are not expensive but not cheap too.

The great thing its that, a new "Bank" created by the GOV that has all the "wrong actives from the economy" are selling the houses by 40% of their sale's price.

I have seen a lot of "houses in blocks, around 20.000" in "Galicia Spain's North near to a beach,
Chalet's being sold only for 20.000E!!!! When his og price was more than 100.000

A lot of banks, Santander (And other banks, had a lot of houses waiting to being sold) by 40% less than Original price.

So u can try seeing in the beaches you want (Valencia-Malaga-Cadiz-Barcelona-Mallorca-Canarias) and maybe u can contact to "banks" / Santander / caja Rural / BBVA they have a lot of promotions for houses too cheap Smiley

So take a look ^^

Well know you can make a really down offer to the bank and maybe accept that.

Two years a go were asking 128k for a flat. My brother give 58k € for this 75-80sqm flat Located in Sabadell near barcelona. All to reform

I think it's a realistic price.

Look at this http://www.economist.com/blogs/freeexchange/2011/03/global_house_prices and you will be able to analyze the international market yourself.
