Zcoin (platforms/exchanges in general)

Hello,

I'm relatively new to the Bitcoin/Altcoin business. I do hold Bitcoin and since recently IOTA. I'm interested in Zcoin and that poses some fundamental questions for me. Bitcoin and IOTA are available on bitfinex but I've read that a lot of people are very sceptical when it comes to these exchanges. How do you buy and sell your coins? And more specifically, does anybody have experience with buying and selling Zcoin and if so, on which platform?
