I would invest it on my ASIC project.

If I'd had BTC25K I would be a mega supernode and I would just hold on them like a mofo.

You mean $25k? Just buy BTC, man. Then you can invest those BTC in ASICs, or whatever... But the first step is to buy BTC, and the wiser choice may be to just hold on them.

Well, I lost out on around 13k in crypto currency for 179 dollars [bought something, prices sky rocked afterwards]. If I had that 13k, I would have put a new septic system in and a new roof on the house. I see these two major factors for a life of a house. Plus this would have put people to work, increasing jobs.

I am looking to drop some money on a bitcoin related investment also. Perhaps a turnkey business like VPN hosting or bitcoin ATM? I will be researching possibilities at the bitcoin2013 conference this month.  If I can't find anything I may buy a kilo of gold or land or something.

Nothing fancy. Buy and hold. Cost averaging. Secure the stash.

I do not intend to gamble it. I just have that extra cash and would like it to generate some return. I have read that it was too late to buy the equiment and start mining so i guess its out of the equasion.

I would put it in InstaWallet, for it worked so well before, turning ~$3,000 USD to ~$250,000. Boy, I can't wait to July. My dick is getting hard.

I think the most sensible thing would be to spend it on booze.

With $25K, I could purchase a shitload of barn wood, and flip it within 60 days, making 200%+ profit (not gross). How do I know? Sitting in my truck right now is $2,000 worth of barn wood I only paid $300 for. All that needs to be done to it is trim the ends, pull a small handful of nails, brush it off, and deliver it to a furniture maker client of mine who's been screaming for it ever since I shown him a sample of it a week ago.

I wonder if he would get upset if I told him it would be another week or so before I make delivery, for I'm waiting for new work benches to come in to process the lumber. But once them benches come it, my crew will be on it like a swarm of locust.

I’d buy a cheap used mobile home and put it on some cheap land in Nye County, Nevada. Then I’d open a whorehouse in the trailer and spend every weekend interviewing new workers. I’d let them keep all the money they make if they just let me re-interview them every weekend.  Grin

Sounds a bit like BFL, only in a shorter timeframe.  Wink
