Hi,

As the subject suggests i require assistance and advice to develop a new Alt Coin using CryptoNote Algorithm. Can anyone provide assistance with this please.

Forking CryptoNote isn't very hard, so I can help you.
Be careful not to create yet another shitcoin that nobody would use though.
