What is the bios version number on those cards ?
What is the asic quality for those cards you want a modded bios ?
You want a modded bios for mining ETH ? ETC ? XMR ? Zcash ? or any another coins ?

The safest and best option is to mod your own memory timings. That way you know the bios came from the card you have.
