SONM ICO Strange Transactions

So the SONM ICO started, and somehow >250 million SNM have been exchanged for other coins in the first 2 days.

After a quick look at their ICO address on etherscan I see that there are lots of transactions, and many are the same amount/same digits with moved decimal, going to different addresses mind you.

It's interesting to me to think about why this would be the case.

Looks very odd. And honestly the distribution of the conm coin wasn't running for well. Too many people are complaining about that in the main thread and your picture need more clarification by the developer.
