Hey everyone,

I feel like a big dummy--I signed up for Ripple and received some XRP, but the second time I tried to log into my account my login wouldn't work. I must have mistyped my password twice in a row or maybe even remembered my login info incorrectly Embarrassed

I do, however, have a copy of my secret key that they tell you to record, so you can reclaim your funds in the event you lose access to your account.

Does anyone know how to do that? I'm assuming it's the same as a private key for BTC, but I don't see anywhere on the site where I can redeem a private key. Is that part of the site simply not implemented yet?

Thanks.

Well, they're a company funded by VC's, not sure why they don't pay some support staff and website.

Probably because it's still in beta? I'll just assume a way to get my wallet back is on the way...

Just register a new wallet and during registration click on "Need to use your Secret Key? Use Key".
