Dear,
I am trying to log in my BIT.AC wallet. Since yesterday I don't receive a 2PA code.
This code is needed to log in to your wallet.
I have sent them helpdesk messages, FB message, Twitter message, created another account (got the 2PA code without fail!) and sent a question from that wallet but no single reply yet!
I had 7.2 ETH and I don't know what to do anymore!
Is there any one who can help me?
Kind regards,
Jeroen

BIT.AC is an absolute bloodbath...

There's this thread about potential bankruptcy, this thread arguing that it was an inside job and this thread questioning its legitimacy.

It's an online wallet, meaning that you never controlled your funds but they controlled it for you.  I believe they had an affiliate program, meaning that their costs could have exceeded what they earn from using the service, in which case they could have gone bankrupt or had some other issues.  Because these wallets are not properly regulated, anything is possible and likely.

Dear Iranus,
Thank you for your reply.. I hope you are not right and that this BIT.AC is having some technical difficulties at the moment.
I have sent the BITAC service employee a message but so far no reply (yet). He was online last Friday so hopefully he will be again shortly from now.
Also I have seen a post on this forum that there was some correspondence between them and others so again I hope this will end up positive.
I don't understand why there are even positive reviews on some websites: https://cryptojunction.com/wallet/bit-ac/ and here there was a nice email communication: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1451453.0

But if you are right and it is a bloodbath than how can this website be stopped? I just made a new sign-in and everything goes smooth.. It looks fancy but than I guess more victims are made every day! Mustn't there be more warnings here or elsewhere?
