It should not take this long to get a response from them let alone getting paid your winnings if they are settled after just 1 hour later.
That is unacceptable unless they found something out that you crossed within their rules and regulations you agreed upon before you completed your registration on their site for an account.

There is this thread you should visit since it seems to be an ongoing occurrence for most of their players who win and are not paid out their winnings in an appropriate time frame.

Good luck to you in getting any sort of response from their support people who work for them. Alot of people are saying they are just the worst in the business. Undecided

After directbet site close all these kind of suspicions sites got a more demand otherwise earlier most of the sport betting people used to bet on directbet site. I almost stop my sports betting after directsit site close because there is no alternative site to directbet.

Many people are facing this slow or not responding to their queries and withdrawal on their thread. You should just need to follow up with their support team because only they can help you out on this matter.

I think forum members can't give you any guaranty that whether they will allow you to withdraw your money or not. But they can just suggest you what you can do.

Like other already suggested, you need to work with their support team to resolve this issue and if you don't get your payment then open up a scam accusation thread with all the necessary proofs then they may respond to you. If not, some trusted members will mark them red.

I have been reading on reddit that users say this type of issue usually gets resolved but sometimes it just takes 2-3 days and is even more likely to occur over weekends.

Can someone please advise me or help me.
its been over 24 hours and my withdrawal is still pending. Support says they have contacted their payment team. I have been reading some sketchy things online. will they let me withdraw my winnings?


It seems that some of them have problems with withdrawal,
It's a natural thing, I also often experience this kind of thing, not haya cludbet, gambling house lainpun often experience something similar, in fact it is not a problem, because your funds are stored safely in them,

Also, my last withdrawal went through fairly smoothly (within a few hours) which was on the 14th, June.  It feels like it's probably because of the weekend. I am the paranoid type so I was really freaked out but right now I have a sense of hope.

There might be delays and problems but as I know Cloudbet, they will pay you as stated.
They or the blockchain might have some problems that is causing such delay. Hope to hear some officially.

I must say again I dont believe CloudBet are scammers or anything, nor have I come here to tarnish their reputation. I just know myself that I haven't committed any illegal activity, so my conscience is crystal clear and I fully hope that this is just a minor delay and will be resolved soon.

I've seen you post same topic on their/cloudbet thread, perhaps it will be wise to locked this thread and continue there. I thought they would answer same like with other cases before, need time to review the acc and some other things.
Just wait for their answer, they can't ignore you from time to time on their official thread.

Just give them some time and they might settle your coins,just contact their support team and they might help you in getting your coins,these kind of delays are a common occurrence with cloudbet but they used to settle after some delay,so hope for the best and wait for their response.
