i have found an old motherboard
it has
PCI 2.2 x 2
PCIe x1 x 1

is it good for 3 cards ?

PCI slots are 5V, not 12V like PCI-E slots and can't be used for mining. If you plug in a 1x PCI-E riser in to a PCI slot, bad things will happen. Not limited to smoke, sparks and fire.
