Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

If you have to ask, you probably shouldn't be doing this. Would you feel comfortable knowing that people are trusting you to keep their Bitcoin safe and that if you screw up, you will lose all of their money?

Well to explain processes without syntax:

1. Wallet API and User Backend
2. Middle man Bot
3. BTC-USD Brokerage/Supply
4. Bank and Third Party Payment Processors
5. Cold Wallets
6. Dedicated Servers & Load Balancing

All of these things work together simultaneously, and you'll need way more than just technical expertise.
