What is the best and safest ICO to invest in right now?
Never tried any ICO before despite having tempting reviews about them.  Why do you think your recommendation is worth our investment?
I will bookmark this thread to remind us in the future what we recommended.

I put 1000 Euro in Wagger. Safe? Are you kidding me, I kissed the Eurofiat good buy first! There is no safe ICO, forget about it!

https://mysterium.network/ - this one has ENDED, they should have next sale in 2019, they want to create a decentralized VPN, everything encrypted - their platform works now

https://www.tezos.com : Jul 1st

https://wagerr.com/ - cuz of betting

https://www.adex.network/ - they want to create advertisment network, dunno when is token sale.

I don't want to be held responsible for any of these tokens that you invest in!

Rather do your own research and make your own conclusions, we all know how these tokens can end up.

Hello,

I believe this query of yours does not have a clear answer.
To begin with, the average individual is not looking to assist you with investment choices. He will usually want to be in on a trade single handedly to derive maximum benefit from it. Additionally, the kind of research that goes into finding the idea ICO requires resources. Individuals might not be good hearted enough to share said research for free with you .

Generally speaking, I believe the industry is in a bubble phase right now. Most start-ups are raising far more than they require and due to the same, they will not be able to produce the kind of returns the average investor expects today. In -14/15 the average raise was anywhere between 500k-1M, today that sum is all the way up at 20M at the least. These are inflated, over valuated companies that stand no chance in reaching a billion dollar valuation within a time frame of 2-3 years. Due to the same, the "safe" bet is to stay away from the markets.

However, if you want to take risks, the best bet is to consider the following

1. Founding team - Experiences, pedigree, past performances, vision and skills
2. Product-Market fit - Does the solution actually make sense or is it a fad ? Is the value proposition unique ?
3. Traction - If the product has a MVP, consider how many users it currently has. Consider product stickiness (ie : repeat customers) and profit margin
4. Runway - How long can the start-up run with the funds raised. Will it be enough to really sustain ? Will the start-up become profitable by said period. Will follow on funding lead to dilution of my holding ?

I personally wouldn't shill any coins here, but these are some fundamentals you can keep in the back of your head.

Happy Investing!

Recently Invested in DCORP.
Great community with very active developers with a nice roadmap.
There are still a few days of funding left.
They put a 9million cap on the ico, something more developers need to do more often(https://medium.com/@WhalePanda/i-was-wrong-about-ethereum-804c9a906d36

Here is their thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1928628.0

It was mentioned in this interesting read on how to stabilize the BTC and ETH markets.
I really believe this project is going places within the next year.

I don't want to give you a name of a coin since if it flops you might blame me for what happened to your money. For you to know which coin to pick, first there should be a genuine interest for it and not just some paid shills standing up for the coin. Next is a clear roadmap and a good dev team transparent to any queries that their peers raise and very approachable whenever it comes to serious questions about technicalities of the coin.

Mostly these are the traits of a good coin to invest on. There are many coins there that are made just for the pockets of their devs and not really for the greater good. Good luck!

safest ICO = oxymoron.

The safest ICO to participate in is none of them. Tongue Just wait for the coin to hit exchanges and find it's true price.

To me, ICO's are just another way to scam people with vaporware.

How many people are googling oxymoron coin right now?

I think it is ok to buy 100 coins of Wagerr or SONM.
It's a small investment. Like a couple of powerball tickets.
Definitely a gamble but who knows, it might hit.
I would love 100 coins of BTC, ETH, LTC right now.

I am looking for a new bounty campaign!

I advise you to postpone this idea until the end of the summer.
At the moment, there are practically no interesting projects with an attractive investment component.

Lol, there are many ICOs that have started and many ICOs that will start very soon.

Please do your own research before and after taking the recommendation from us here.

And don't put all your savings money into ICOs as sometimes these can disappoint us.

There is nothing called safe when you try to invest your money. Risk is always there and you have to be very wise and afford to lose so that you can earn some money if you make a right decision. ICO is not safe but I do believe that 80% of ICOs brings profit to investors. Look at the chart and you will see. Most of them gain value after being listed on an exchange

U did fair bit of research: astralship.org/ico

This link: https://icostats.com/vs-eth

Immediately after being listed - value usually drops and then rebounds... BAT is obviously a notable exception.

But I'm a terrible trader, right now rebalancing my portfolio and putting on autopilot: https://steemit.com/@genesisre
