Hello , I had two quick questions for you guys:
Which gpu is the best (low power consumption , high power) for rig? I read GTX 1070 8GB or MSI RX 580 Gaming X 8Gb are good... Is that true ?
Will there be a problem buying these gpu in USA and do they have guarantees in Europe?
Sorry I am noob  Sad

Those Radeon RX 480 8GB with Samsung ram,

easily 31.1Mh/s, while dual mining Sia like 550 Mh/s, and it only pulls around 120W, stays 69 degree.

Need one with Dual fans. those reference card, will have heating issue due to only have one fan

recently I tested GTX1080ti, 1070, 1060, 1050ti and I think 1060 is the best.
ETH hashrates: 35, 30, 22.5, 13.5, consider the price and power consume, 1060 is the best. Why ETH? Because it's price is increasing continuously.
1080ti and 1070 are good at DGB-skein, but the price of DGB goes down.

Since 1060 is out of stock everywhere, I'm going to build a 1050ti x 7 rig to mine ETH.

best regards.

I am building an EVGA GTX 1070 FTW build right now. I believe the 1070 is a better buy than the 1060 as it will last longer, specially when the DAG increases.

cheers

1070 is very good card at this moment. Power efficient, very good resale value (sweet spot for 1440p or entry level 4k gaming), about 28MH/s for eth.
About the warranty in EU, yes they have it, but in case of any problem you ll probably have to send cards directly to shop where you bought them. Consider EVGA cards due to fact, that they allow to send cards directly to manufacturer without middle mans.

Personally, I am a big fan of my R9 390X's - I currently have three mining away and have had them since their first price drop after release mining ETH  Smiley

the best gpu for mining is without any doubt the 1070 now very low consumption, very high hashrate on anything, very good cost/hash ratio, i also like the 1080ti for density, but it's limited on few algo where it can mine well

This site is decent for checking stock. http://www.nowinstock.net/computers/videocards/

I was watching the 1070's go in and out of stock last night on Amazon. At one point they had them for June 29th delivery for $375. Gone in under 5 minutes.

All AMD cards except 460 are sold and out of stock, what does this pre-order means? Order now to receive when?

I'm quite surprised how ethereum is taking down the gpu market, now even the gamers can purchase their favorite gaming cards.

@buzzkillb thanks for sharing with us that website. OP I'm running RX 470s and I'm getting 22Mh/s without modded but I think they can go higher.
