I get messaged by : "hellscabane"  ,  and send him 0.02 to his wallet : https://blockchain.info/address/148jXBWgtC86ukowUo8Ci6x7wmJKHZRqCG

When i sent funds he xfered to another address, he has been online since and is not replying and there is no showing of funds...

How have you estimated that he is a trusted user? Based on the rank, because he is Legendary?

I can't believe that he will scam for $50 but have you checked his trust page before making this deal?

And link the profile's url of this account hellscabane, and if you're referring this person https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=84020 then you should read his trust page before trading. There are feedbacks that the account was stolen and hacked. And you should also give this account a negative feedback for what he did so people will know what happens.

Learned it the hard way.. I only lost 10$, but still.. getting scammed feels like shit.

Looks like that account was purchased, and this is exactly what happens when accounts are sold.  Some third world monkey who can barely afford internet goes on a scam rampage, and people fall for it because it's a hero member.  Account dealers need to be rounded up in a swimming pool and electrocuted.   Best thing that could happen to this forum.

Always use escrow even the user is a hero member rank, accounts can be bought quite easily.

That's why you need to use an escrow in every trade you made on this forum and please use this format for reporting a scam accusation (below). And make a new thread instead of replying here your resentment for the scam happened to you

How can you call him a trusted member? Ofcourse he will cheat you. Be sensible while trading and use escrow.
