It's a long-con 12+ years in the making. Still never released a product just they keep rebranding and changing what they are. Again, it's a long-con.

I heard they just lost another dev.
They still haven't released fuck all and i have no idea if anyone is actually doing anything.
..regardless of being paid huge amounts of money to "work"

I also heard the Maidsafe coins are not the coins that are going to be used in the final product.
And they will not be transferred over either.

The two responses above are obviously oblivious to the facts. There'd be a network running right now if it wasn't for some troll who created a script to fill the network full of garbage. Alpha 2 should be coming out in the next week or two.

Everyone who keeps crabbing about how long it's taken doesn't understand the shift that's going on with this platform. Would you prefer something that gets released and has to be patched every couple of years? Ethereum's blockchain is already grown so large they are looking at ways to fix that impending problem. So like one of them said, know the facts and ignore the FUD.

It is definitely worth taking a look at. The market cap of Maidsafecoin had recently crossed the $200 million mark, which means that there is a lot of interest in it. The prices have remained stable for the past one month, but with the increase in the number of users (evident from the trade volumes), we can expect it to rise again.

It's one of the greatest potential coins. When the network is released shortly the Maid you have bought will be converted into Safe coin on a 1:1 basis. Definetly worth a health bag for long term hodl.

You should do your own research first before plunging to the unknown. But once you invest, don't expect it to return by two-folds, four-folds, etc coz you might lose all of it. There's so much ICO's nowadays and each one is promising you something. So be careful what you are getting at. At least when you gamble, you're ready to lose your money and at the same time having fun as The_Dark_Knight said.

Looks there's a chance to rise for this coin, so I think it's still worth to invest in it I guess. Try for a long term, it's suitable seem. But it's good if not too much putting your money in it to invest.

I would invest in that coin. They've been working on that coin for years, they will see some profit soon enough.
