I've read couple of posts by people saying that Ethereum is a centralised cryptocurrency. Wondering if this is true and how likely it will be hijacked in the future by few people, countries or companies.  I noticed that Dictators and Main Stream Media love the creator of Ethereum.

Nothing to worry about the unlimited Etherium. 85% of current ETH are in the hands of some whacky Russian dude.

"The existing Visa credit card network processes about 15 million Internet purchases per day worldwide. Bitcoin can already scale much larger than that with existing hardware for a fraction of the cost. It never really hits a scale ceiling."  Satoshi Nakamoto, April 2009          Avoiding taxes is totally legal if you consider and respect the law.

Vitalik has too much influence on Ethereum but saying that he has most of the coins is simply not true. BTW, if that were true then he'd be a massive billionaire. Hopefully, he'll let go of control over time (he said he plans to).

You mean he handed over his loot (willing or unwillingly)  to the Cabal already.

There is no way to know if he has such amount of coins because he didn't come out to announce to everyone that he has such amount, But truth be said if anyone could even own 20% of the amount of coins as successful as ETH in this current time, then its a lot of influence which can be swerve to any where he feels. Lets just hope he uses the influence well or else, I doubt the survival of ETH in the long term.

That guy looks creepy. Looks like he has HIV. I have a lot of respect for Vitalik Buterin. But he comes no way near Satoshi Nakamoto (I wish I could rather use his real name). Satoshi was not interested in profiting out of the crypto-currency and he chose to never use the coins in his wallet. While Vitalik sold a lot of his coins when the prices went up.

satoshi stays anonymous, bitcoin is a pyramid like ethereum with 1000 people owning 50% of all bitcoins,

buterin wanted initially to make ethereum unlimited, because he wanted a blockchain plattform that works,

i dont care about you folks anymore, you all are just fixed on mass media, appearences, there are alternative encription plattforms now (waves) and making their founders rich will also bring you your crazed up "smart contracts" or "smart transactions"

everything is a question of money or trust (money and trust is basically the same)

regards
