As far as I have experienced in the past, aws regional vps will shut down in every 5-10 mins if you start working with traffic exchanges.
If you have any other VPS then I need some from UK, UBUNTU would be better. Let me know.

Certainly yes,

There are some forum that will not allow you to log into your account unless you are using your residential ip address, the only way to escape them is to have a vps with residential ip address.
