Quite by chance I read one post and I thought I've seen it somewhere.In the end, I found that it was my post a few months ago-it is reported to moderator few days ago,but I see that user is still active and without any punishment.

I took part in the signature company and really copied this post. I admit my guilt. But why immediately I was given a permanent ban without warning. Why not for a week or a month and immediately for good without warning?

Even out of Bitcointalk rules, plagiarism is a serious crime. It's a common "legal" knowledge.
In some cases, you might go to jail when caught copy-pasting articles by some over-the-top serious professionals or corporation.

Luckily, Bitcointalk has been lightly punishing users for doing that actcrime.

I was not so sure if you will be contented on that, but hopefully I can answer your question clearly. In addition as far as I know there's no warning to copy paste post it was automatically banned not like off-topic post that there's a 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th offense before it was totally banned.

You can promote ponzis, spread trojan, sell accounts, insult people, scam, gamble, sex, drugs, rock'n'roll and you'll get a red trust at worst. But fuck no, you do not steal content. (includes copy/pasting articles like you were the original author)

If you steal, you'll get suspendeded. Not a warning, not a question. Just a kick in the butt without even a goodbye.

edit: don't do trojans. don't do any of those i mentioned above anyway. (sex&rock is ok)

You should read rules and do not copy/paste other users post-in this case my post.The way you did it suggests you knew exactly what you were doing,you did it quickly(even left out first letter of post),and you copy only part of the post probably think it will remain unnoticed like that.

Unfortunately for you I have noticed the post because what is written in post was actual in February,and posting something like this in March/April makes no sense.

If you ask why perma ban and not warning,it is in forum rules//I suggest you read them to avoid some other unpleasant situations in the future.

Pleading ignorance won't get you anywhere. Accounts getting banned for this very thing are plastered all over the forum.
