MinCoin is a peer-to-peer cryptocurrency using scrypt as a proof-of-work algorithm.
Features of MinCoin
MinCoin will have a total of 10 million generated units.
MinCoin has one (1) minute block targets, which is 10 times faster than Bitcoin and 2.5 times faster than Litecoin!
Each MinCoin block is worth two (2) new coins.
Difficulty is retargeted with every 720 blocks.
MinCoin (Min is short for minimalist) has CPU/GPU based scrypt mining 1 minute blocks and only 10 million total coins. Only 2880 MinCoins are mined each day for the next 10 years. A low total amount and fast blocks should make this a good long term prospect.

the trend in that when its traded at multiple exhanges it will pump and dump... if you can get in low and play smart, make a few bucks and dish into BTC/USD this is a tricky process, but with so many alts.... the chances of it coming out the gate and running are low. just my thoughts

Hello, The main thread is active again and mincoins can now be bought and sold on the Trade Satoshi exchange. There was a network upgrade over the summer and the chain has been doing great with regard to difficulty adjustment now that we've implemented Dark Gravity Wave v3 adapted to Mincoin.
