I'm planning on creating a bitcoin escrow transactions site where buyers pay using bitcoins and then the transaction either gets held by a automated escrow or a human escrow; i'm wondering if anyone would like to invest around $3.5k for this project this will include the web design/development,hiring live chat representatives, marketing and creating a signature campaigns for users to join the site and build there trust as escrows. Pm for more info

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

Why reinvent the wheel when there is already such a service that use 2-of-3 multisig for escrow? Plus, you would need collateral 120% of what youre asking if you would ever want to get a loan because such a project could fail and the only person who would be at a loss would be the lender.
