I used the personal text. But I don't have 1.25 stake

Isn't that you need to wear their Avatar Image to meet the requirement from getting the bonus every week ?
yes, lastkiss is correct, you need to wear both avatar and the personal txt in order to get the bonus of .25 stakes..
but also, you will get another .25 stakes if you have a 12 posts in a week where 2 is in the ANN thread.
by doing both you'll gey .5 stakes, but unfortunately on your case you cant wear avatar bcoz you are still memeber. only fm rank above can wear avatar
