一封公开信看比原链的社区治理
古云：虎兕出于柙， 孰之过与？典吏难逃其责也。比原一月中旬周报中向所有比原支持者告知将于一月底发布挖矿算法论文，该论文是与国内某某大学的某某实验室合作，经过数月艰苦奋斗终于攻关成功，并且在前后数期周报中通告论文正在撰写中的状态。结果，一月份过去了，并没有公布论文，而且一点说法也没有。更无聊的是，今天回翻那期周报，关于一月底发布论文的字段竟然被从周报中悄悄删掉了。
从区块链技术角度来分析这个事，你们知道这样做是赤裸裸地破坏比原社区的“共识”吗？而“共识”这一概念，在区块链和比原公链是至关重要的，我纳闷你们是否真的懂。致力于保障“共识”的一帮人却带头肆意破坏社区“共识”，这是何其的讽刺！
不能如约发布算法论文，那么透露一点算法论文的进展，总可以吧，这个要求一点都不过分。但是，比原团队却消极对待，拒不回应。整整一个月后的今天，在本期周报里提到算法的事情，却是说可以在某天要发布的算法白皮书中找相关描述。目瞪狗带，莫非之前数次三番提的算法论文是个障眼法？
最初以为比原花大力气把众多支持者拉到Discord群里，是终于肯支持者交流对话了。然而，并不是。支持者获取比原状态的渠道仍是微信的周报和周动态，Discord群里来自团队的新鲜信息基本可以忽略，而比原团队对群里的支持者的问题也一直爱理不理的。与其说Discord群是支持者与团队的沟通渠道，不如说是团队监控支持者这个群体的动态的一个方便入口，而已。
对于来自支持者的理所当然的简单诉求，说轻了你们不屑于搭理，说重了你们又出离愤怒，拿本已被你们抛弃的社区规则来压制，扬言要踢人。胸怀何在，气质何在，社区精神何在？明星有尊严，支持者没有尊严吗？竟然如此被欺骗愚弄。人而无信不知其可。
希望比原能够严于律己，宽以待人，以更积极主动的态度，在社区沟通上有所提高。如果现在就以太忙拿不出人力跟社区沟通，那么以后主网上线之后业务更忙之时，你们怎么办呢？把握当下，就是把握未来，把握不住现在，将来你也难有所改变。
还是古人的价值观、自省精神和气度值得称道：虎兕出于柙，龟玉毁于椟中，典吏之过也。
