Why do you ask us to send you an email? I did it anyway and you ask me to 'resend proof'.

You just have to decode the attachment of the waves transaction, it's base58 encoded (https://www.browserling.com/tools/base58-decode).

I have been reading thread from start but have not seen the ratio, will it be 1:1 or 2:1 i have got Krosscoin on waves but sadly miss the opportunity to swap, support suggested me to buy the ETH-KSS equivalent to what i hold and they will give me a 50 percent bonus in which i find it hard to do, don`t have the cash to buy in.

Reward pool has many ways to be involved, but it doesnt consider the old kss-waves. Yeah i did miss it and lose a lot, i have been trading KSS on dex and got me some good amount considering that the price on Dex is cheap, going to watch the ICO in the sideline i guess.
