What laptop would you choose if you were going to buy a new one and use for crypto? Which one would you suggest in terms of security, productivity, user oriented, etc?
A laptop that you can use to run at least 3 different wallets mining at least 2 or 3 differents programs with CPU. A wallet that is built in security, that you don't have to search everywhere for a virus protection. Would you suggest a laptop with Linux for the best or is there a better choice to be made with the cryptocurrencies?

You want to mine and use your computer at the same time? haha it doesn't work like that. Mining requires 100% of the resources of the computer.
If you mine with a laptop then it will overhead and cause hardware problems over time. Don't do it.
CPU mining is dead.
If you want to mine then build mining rigs, go to the mining section to find out how.
If you want to secure your cryptos then buy a laptop just for wallets. And I'm not talking about any wallets I'm talking about BTC, LTC, ETH, BTS etc.. If you start installing shitcoin wallets expect a virus and your money to be stolen. Only use this laptop for your primary wallets keep all the shitcoin wallets on your other computer. Also get antivirus.

CPU mining is dead to mine btc, but there are new projects with this CPU mining option.

Don't mine with laptop. Things are easier to break and harder to fix if break.

Buying a laptop is one of the worst things you can do unless you really, really want it. Just build a PC and you will save a lot of money.

Nowadays, you can have a fully customizable desktop that has the processing power of an Alienware. Plus it's a lot cheaper rather than buying a laptop with those specs.

Yeah, I wouldn't recommend using a laptop for mining crypto man. I would rather get a cheap brand new Lenovo thinkpad to use solely for crypto wallets and such.

A ThinkPad T420 is fine for me. Load up Ubuntu and I could enjoy everything.

Also, agree that apple is very good. I was really sceptical about apple laptops at the beginning, now I use mac book pro 15. I think my next will be also macbook, just newer. For you I think will be perfect mac book pro 13 or air, eazy to carry and you don't think about it, just use it)))
