Please help me.
Is it just me who does not see any chatbox in poloniex?
Previously I ever chat there, whether there something wrong with me or is there a setting that I need to fix?

Chatbox as known as Trollbox in poloniex has been removed from poloniex for a "long" time now.
I say long because many users are having issues with poloniex and so the moderators there have been transferred to support team to respond tickets "faster"

in early june, chatbox service in poloniex close
because all moderator busy to reply sending ticket support poloniex member
Chatbox as known as Trollbox in poloniex has been removed from poloniex for a "long" time now.
I say long because many users are having issues with poloniex and so the moderators there have been transferred to support team to respond tickets "faster"
So in essence, the poloniex chatbox has been closed so poloniex can respond to the complaints that go in their trollbox support ticket quickly?
You get this information from where and from whom? Do you know someone poloniex moderator, can you share it for me?
Because I also have a withdrawal problem there and I do not get any response from poloniex on my trollbox ticket.

No need to fix anything  Trollbox in poloniex has been removed from poloniex now.
If yous are having issues with poloniex and send your tickets to support team.

You are not the only person having this problem; it is not a problem because poloniex did it deliberately in order to increase the chances of their support department.

They did say the situation should improve withing a few weeks and this info was published on June 7. So I guess we should start seeing some kind of result and faster ticket resolving with a week or so.

My support ticket have been in the status of being process for the past 3 months and i have sent several update without any response from them.

I think they closed as of now there chatbox just to improve there support because it's nit useless there chatbox just to spam so it's a nice way that they closed it

The trollbox had been disabled to assist technical concerns but still are having the same problems, anyways if you have any problems they said just to submit a ticket.

This is bad, what's your problem?
Are you an old member?
Are you already make a level 2 verification?
Are you actively trading?
Because I think the trollbox ticket is totally useless, I also have a trollbox ticket that does not get any response from poloniex and it looks like they ignore it.

2 years ago I have encountered 2FA problem in poloniex and my complaint on support ticket at respond well and I still use poloniex until now and never get any problem again. But after seeing a lot of bad complaints with poloniex, I think now I will slightly reduce my activities in poloniex.

Were the trollbox mods trained to do support tickets? If not then they're being trained now so it's not going to be instant. Even if they hired new staff it'd be the same outcome.
