I think you should know the email address attached to your account. If you don't know that you will not be able to access to your account.

If you have bitcoin address associated with that account or maybe post on thread mentioning this address using that username you can send signed message to moderator to prove it is you.

What is the name of the account you're talking about ? Do you remember the name ? You can set a new password if you somehow manage to know what email did you use to make that account,you would remember it anyway if it wasn't a throwaway account.Theres a little chance your account will get recovered if you have staked an address associated with that account.
