Why someone has to sign up to see what is available ? Can't you simple describe what is available somewhere ?

For instance, what does "Highly customisable alert conditions" include ? Will it be able to notify me when my hamster wake up ? Which are those 6 triggers checked every 15 minutes ?

You no one makes to register, all can be found on the home page

Well, our service is currently running in free mode, all we ask is your opinion and propositions.

Current functionality include simple triggers for rate increase/decrease/reach (http://ecur.biz/content/2). All these triggers checked every 15 minutes and e-mails typically are sent in 1-5 minutes after triggering.

Sign up - as long as the course is quite stable, there is no need to monitor it online.
The robot will send you a notification if the price tag will change in any direction. This is in fact convenient!
