Poloniex Level 2 Verification stuck at sending screen

I just finished completing the form and when I try to send it off it gets stuck in a loading screen. I have tried to send it off a couple of times, but the form is never sent off.

Does anyone know what this is / how to resolve it?

It could be either temporary bug poloniex is having at that time or it is related to your browser. Try to send those documents using another browser and if not solved than you can contact their support regarding this technical issue. I haven't tried their level 2 verification because they take more than a month to approve/deny your verification request these days.

This happened to me also while i was trying to submit my document on poloniex and i must say that it have nothing to do with poloniex website but you can check your document if it met the size required for uploading by poloniex and check your internet connection signal or speed too.

Switching browsers and scaling the pictures down to reduce the file sizes seems to have worked for me. I got an "Ok" pop-up.
