ok so i was in a hurry and i sent from my monero, a couple of monero to poloniex, but i didint use payment id instead im pretty sure i appended it to the end of the address (wondering how the hell it went through) so, i burnt those moneros right?

Probably they are lost now because you appended the payment id to the add, makes it a wrong address.
