If i created a token how to i pay dividends?
If a token has a financial incentive in the form of dividends then that token would have a closer definition to a security. This is very dangerous because these will be specifically defined as an unregistered security as Kprawn said in his thread. It would be better to leave the tokens as is as a useful part of the project or platform.
I will add a little here, Unsold tokens will be destroyed. If they don’t sell all tokens, it likely means they won’t be able to target all platforms they’d like.
Could it be true my opinion? This is just input my opinion for token.
